Anyone have any thoughts on how to attach cork to ply? This is probably 1/4" thick cork.

I had the same question last winter when I needed to attach some 1/8" cork to a piece of homosote (sp??). I used contact cement, and it worked great. I tested on a small piece first.

3M makes a spray adhesive that works just fine. I don't know the name, but the can is green.

Jim,

I used a ready mixed epoxy type adhesive to adhere the 400 or so corks to this bulletin board. I can't remember the name, but it came in a silver squeeze tube that I picked up at Walmart. The price was right and so far it seems to be holding up pretty well.

I prefer using cork screws on my corks!

Thanks Chris, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I made a couple of other wall hangings that used corks too, but I haven't taken a picture of those yet. BTW, in case you wondering, no, I didn't drink all that wine myself! :D
