So, do any of you have any ideas about what can be made in a few hours and would be a good Valentines gift?

How bout a small bandsawn jewelery box. You could line the inside with felt or leave it plain, and it would look great. It would probably score some major points with the Mrs because of the fact that you made it.

Just about anything turned. A cutting board is pretty straight forward. Picture frames are good too.

How about a small step stool... Here is one I made for my mother for Mother's Day... Heck I even use the one that I way back in the shop class :D Below is the pick if you would like any more particulars let me know :)
