After reading countless threads on lathe owner upgrades, I wanted something I wouldn't want to upgrade in a year (like my TS, planer, etc.). This is what I ended up with... (And, everyone was right. The upgrades ARE almost as much as the lathe cost.) Man, is this thing heavy! I put the legs on an upside down bed and tried to tip it up myself. Yeah, right.

So, James, what is the rest of the story. How did you get the Mustard Monster upright?

Thanks, Tom, in Houston, taking notes for later!

Cost of lifting a mustard is pretty cheap... 1 beer per lifter. Better than liftgate service, right?

My question is now that you got that thing up, "How do you get the mustard stain out?" :p
