I found some 'Foamie' brand craft foam to experiment with, but I can't find the right settings. Too little power doesn't cut thru, but give it enough for a complete cut and it melts badly. Epilog has a project on their site using the faom but they don't give settings.
Anyone had luck with this stuff?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave,
In my "lets see if this will fly" period, I tried gliders from fun foam, it is tricky. With my 30Wt ULS I used
100 pwr 37% spd 1000ppi
So it's a place to start

I cut it quite frequently for craft and school projects in my house. Use the Universal Standard Settings for paper. Works well.

Todd,
I'm using an Epilog. Do you happen to know the speed/power/freq you used on the ULS?
George,
I'll try those as a start.
Thanks All,
Dave

Dave,
Here are the settings for a 50 watt VersaLaser 300 - know your mileage will vary.
5 power, 100 speed, 500 ppi.
