Water Stone Grinder... got it cheap

Went into my local Woodcraft this evening. They had a table of a few items from the warehouse marked down. Sometimes these are catalog orders not picked up or returned. Once an item comes back for any reason they cannot sell it as new. Even if it is flawless.

There was this water stone grinder. Marked "complete and works". Price of $25. So I took it. I can't seem to walk by marked down tools...
