This is really my first Goblet ever. Back in the day I had never done a Goblet.

Spalted Walnut. 4 1/8 inches tall and 1 5/8 inches wide at the mouth.

I'm afraid you all are going to see a lot of this Spalted Walnut. A friend gave it to me this past summer. There are 12 planks 4-5 inches thick, 4"-6" wide and they are all around 5-6 feet long. He was planning on making some gun stock out of them. Forgot about them and was moving. They were up in the barn for 10+ years.

I'm looking forward to see what they will look like in some pens. (I've not purchased anything for making pens yet.)
