Was spending a few days vacation in Emerald Isle NC this weekend and was looking through one of those all ad tourist magazines and found a listing for a woodturning store in Salter Path. Having spent many days in this area in the past 8 years I couldn't believe there was something there i had missed. Went to investigate and met the nicest two ladies who run a
small shop selling wood turnings as gifts. Recently opened when they relocated from Chapel Hill N.C. They also have a very nice selection of turning stock in various sizes, as well as large slabs and of various woods and many exotic woods. meant as advertising, but a source for turners to find nice wood. If you can get by there you won't be dissappointed.
