What's is the opinion of SMC'ers on this blade?Since Amazon has it on sale,I was thinking of making a purchase.Thanks

it has worked extremely well for me on construction grade wood fir/redwood (2x4's, 2x6's) as well as furniture grade wood like maple and poplar.

I've had one for several years, using it as a hobbyist on hard woods, soft woods, and plywood. It does a fine job

Works for me,

I rotate one with the stock makita blade on the 12 inch slider.

Great blade imho. It replaced a Freud LU85. The Freud cut equally as well at first but after less than a week of daily use it started chipping and splintering. The Chopmaster has stayed sharper longer.
