Thank you, thank you, thank you. This goes out to Jay Spencer at Jorlink. He contacted me as soon as I issued my MayDay distress call about my Mercury L-25 not seeing the print command. By the way, thanks to all who tried to get me up and running. Anyway, Jay helped me troubleshoot everything he could think of. Finally decided the mother board was the issue. Got me one in 2 days. I installed it and it worked perfectly. I have waited a few days to post this message just to see if it continued to run. It is running like a charm. I will be a Jorlink customer from now on. Jay made me feel like my problem was his problem and stayed with me until he had the answer. Thanks again Jay for your professionalism.
