I'm thinking of getting a biscuit jointer and came accross a guy selling an ELU biscuit jointer on Craigslist. He wants 150 for it, says its 10 yrs old, but that he never really used it. He told me its German made, has two different size cutters, and is "a tool for serious woodworkers". Anybody know anything about these?

ELU sold a few different plate joiners, one of which was similar to the DeWalt DW682.

The DeWalt subsidiary of Black & Decker bought ELU in 1994.

Some items were sold under both brands.

For example my DeWalt DW625 router was also sold as an ELU MOF177.
