I was looking around at my local Home Depot to see if they had a clear plate for my router. I noticed most of the displays had one on there, so I decided to hold off in case my Porter Cable had one (should be here by next Monday).

In case it doesn't, what is the best place for router accessories? What about bits?

Holbren.com (http://www.holbren.com/home.php?xid=42ed63de9e8ec35a677fa7011b34eb1c) is a great place for bits, blades, chisels, etc., though they don't carry much in the way of router accessories (always free s/h plus you get 10% using "SMC10").

Hartville Tool, Rockler, Woodcraft, and Amazon will have accessories.

I like Pat Warner for accessories:

For bits, it really depends on your budget. Certainly, Holbren for Whiteside bits. Or Woodline for lower priced (read lower quality) bits that you will not use a lot. I buy bits from Woodline and then replace them with higher quality bits when and if I wear them out. Steer clear of large, bargain sets, because you won't use many of them.
