Was the Off Topic Forum demoted?

Is it just me or is the Off Topic forum lower down on the front page than it used to be? I also note that the Classified forum is above Off Topic....What caused the demotion???

It's not a demotion. It's the new forum sections that pushed "OT" further down the screen.

I'm beginning to feel really "low". ;)
