Hi All

I just finished this cabinet as part of a cabinetry class with Garrett Hack.
Garrett gave us the basic dimensions, but the cabinet layout was each individuals choice. I used butternut as a primary wood with curly maple for accents and basswood for the drawers. The molding was made with handtools and the drawers have hand cut dovetails. I even made the little pulls on the drawers and door. Please take a look and critique, the class was really interesting and I definately learned a lot. Thanks for looking

Very good...you should be proud. I took a class with Mr. Hack a long time ago at a woodworking show. He had the class at the hotel. AHhhh the memories.:)

nice job, nate! nothing like cutting out half-blind dovetails by hand, eh? what did you use for the raised panels? jack plane?

Nice job, always leave the drawer open, the dovetails are a knockout!
