After sporting a black eye for half of the summer and a big knot on my head from a cherry log, I thought to myself; this sport isn't dangerous enough.

For tonight's adventure I thought I would try it in the dark. What could go wrong? Actually, nothing flew and it sure is neat to see that fiber optic light through the cherry.

I also do many of my translucent NIP pieces in the dark, I just follow the coloring so the turning looks good underneath a light.
