Just finished what i thought would be a weekend project. Six weeks later we have - New toys for the three GRANDsons. Also three for friends.

Those are very cute, I am sure the kids will love them.

Now the check.

There is no lead paint.
There is no corner with less the 1/8 round over.
There is no small parts that can come off.
There is no part that can come detached and be stepped on.
There is no fun that can be obtained from using them.
There is no reason for a kid to get a smile on his face when they see them.

Now you need to get a good box to put them in so the kids will have something to play with.

If you meet all of this gates then I am sure you could sell the on the open market.

larry, those caterpillars are lovely. how did you build them? i'm seeing a lot of rounded edges so i'm assuming you used a lathe in part of the construction, no?

There are gonna be some happy grandkids! Those are really nice and great that you took the time to make them for your grandkids.
