Hi everybody,

I have a PM2000 and have been fighting with dust for some time. I have a battle both over and under the table.

Over the table, I have a bysemeyer overarm guard which has proven no match to my zero clearence insert.

Under the table it seems that dust keep falling down the cabinet and is not caught at the shroud around the blade. It seems that when I remove the shroud things seems to work much better but then what is the purpose of this shroud.

I have a 3HP cyclone which seems to provide adequate airflow. I am not sure how to solve the dust issue over the table, maybe some of you had better chance with other overarm guards. Under the table I am thinking of either opening another 4" port or removing the existing one and replacing it with a 6" one (and removing the shroud altogether). If I were to open another port where would be the best location?

Thanks for your inputs,
Emmanuel
