Well crew for the last two days I've been designing/building a horizontal router table, or a joint making machine whichever you prefer. I really wanted to use linear bearings and rods for the sliding X-Y axis tables but just couldnt see spending that kind of money for it so I went with some aluminum U channel and some square steel stock to ride in them. It works smooth as glass and I've incorporated some pretty cool features for stop blocks and a versatile fence. The paint is drying on it right now but as soon as its done I'll snap a few pics for yall to look at. Now all I need is another router to mount on it!!
