My recently purchased Powermatic saw had an issue with the Arbor becoming miss aligned after tilting it. When I contacted PM they were going to send someone out to fix it. That person was on vacation. Then they offered to send someone from Phoenix to fix it (100+miles away) That person said that this problem has only happened a couple of times and that it's easier and less expensive (to powermatic) to swap the saw. They then told me to contact the Woodworkers where I purchased it and they would arrange for me to get it exchanged. Dick, the manager there let me take the new saw home and swap the defective part and bring it back in the box. This was much easier than trying to take it apart and swap parts at their store then bring it home and reassemble it. Everyone gets an "A" today:D
