Nice gift! Like others have said check the moisture content before you use it. I did our bedroom suit in black walnut with a beewax, tung oil and turpintine finish and it really has a nice glow. I sanded to 400 grit before applying the finish and it really made the difference. I got orders for three more bedroom suits because of it. ENJOY!!!
