I've been working on small travel humidors lately, I think I've made about ten now. Here's the latest, mind you I'm a Red Sox fan so there were some moral issues making it. http://www.woodworking.org/InfoExchange/images/smiles/icon_mrgreen.gif Walnut and birdseye maple, holds 3 cigars and has a hygrometer and what is called a humidity sheet, for the humidification.

Very Nice! I'm a long time cigar smoker and I'd be proud to have my stogies in something like that.

Jay, aside from the icon it looks great. Pretty cool though.

Much nicer than the Tupperware container I normally use!

It is nice to see a proper logo on one of these finally.
It would look even better with some Rocky Patels in it!
Seriously, Nice work.

Nothing out of the ordinary, rounded the edges on the top and bottom after inserting the splines, which is probably what gives them a little different look.

I'm currently working on a Red Sox one, to bring balance back to the universe.

The veneers on the lid are laid out all at once and then glued to a substrate.

I'm glad you like the laser and those clips are very handy for hanging crown alone.

I assume they are lined with Spanish Cedar? BTW, outstanding design and form. Beautiful craftsmanship.

Outstanding. I don't follow baseball so my opinion of the inlayis not clouded - VERY nice job. Just 5 minutes ago I unclamped the second of two humidors I am currently working on - I hope they turn out half as good as these.

Thanks for sharing it.
