After watching the Kelton video with Alby Hall I noticed him using a simple tool I have never seen listed for sale so I decided to make one. At first I didn't think it was a big deal but then after doing one hollow form with this rig I quickly changed my mind. The tool consists of coat hanger wire and a scrap piece of pecan. Handle sanded to 600 and buffed out.:)

Looks great Chris. Great idea. I did the same thing except I took a piece of 1/2" copper pipe cut the end about a 1/2" fanned it out like a garden hoe bent it down put a little solder on it for strength. Cleans the chips pretty good.

That combined with some compressed air will definitely clean out a hollowform!

Great idea Chris! So far I have only been using my fingers on all the hollow forms I have been roughing out over the past month!! Lots of work and figured there had to be a better way! Will have to see what I can come up with along the same lines as yours! Thanks for the insight!
