They're giving me a new one, no questions asked.:D Powermatic gets an "A++" in my book. They were very friendly, never second guessed my ability to use the saw, tried a service center here and when they couldn't get to it, they said take it back and get another one. They even called woodworkers and let them know it was ok. Although woodworkers here in Tucson gives me the best customer service ever and probably would have exchanged it anyway, it's the fact that they went to the trouble to begin with. Thanks Powermatic!!!:D

They get my vote too. Great service with folks who seem to really care about the customer. At least in my case.
