Needed a turning fix

I have been so busy with home remodeling and painting for the last month I havent had any time for woodworking. I NEEDED A TURNING FIX!!! So last night I chucked up this Sassafras from a fresh cut sapling. 2" by 2". No finish just sanded to 320. I made 2 the first one became a lovely funnel:D. AAAHHH I feel better.

LOL! That's actually quite nice, Terry. And I'm getting really close to needing the same "fix" as it's been many, many months since Stubbalina saw some action due to my cabinetmaking tasks for the addition.
