I called Bosch customer service today and I have to say it was an excellent experience. A lady named Michelle handled my problom which was not of Bosch's making and her product knowledge was exceptional. I also called their service center in Norfolk and spoke with Melissa who was also excellent. I am the first to complain about poor service and felt I must also voice my opinion when service is exceptional. I own several Bosch products and this experience will lead me to look to Bosch first.
