Source for Torsion Springs

Hi everyone-

This is a long-shot, but does anyone know of a place that stocks Torsion Springs (like the one in the attached picture).

None of the local stores near here seem to have such a thing and the only places I can find on-line seem to be spring manufacturers who can BUILD any thing to spec, but are pretty costly.

Inside diameter is ~.525 in and length is ~ 3.0 in with .25 in axials and wire size >.125 in

McMaster Carr has a pretty big online spring listing. I think Century Spring is another one but I dont have links handy.
