larger acrylic blanks?

looking for some larger acrylic blanks, like game call sized, the bottle stopper blanks are all to small really for shaving brushes. Anyone have some sources for bigger blanks.. like 4" long, 2" square???

You might check out some of the pen-turning forums, like The Pen Shop or penturners.org and see if someone on there has larger acrylic blanks for sale or can cast them for you. Those guys are usually pretty helpful.
