Spindle Adapter

I use an older MiniMax 120 Lathe that has a 30mm x 3.5 spindle - I have been able to get an adapter that allows the use of Oneway chucks but would like to get a custom made adapter that goes from the MiniMax 30mm x 3.5 spindle to the more common 1.25 x 8.

Anyone know of a source or a good lathe shop that can make such a thing without me getting overly caught up in specifying it?
