 Well, it all started on a fly-in fishing trip outside Chapleau, Ontario. We hiked into a distant lake because it had small mouth bass living there. Sure enough I caught a nice one and I let it go back into the water. Later when I got home I was looking at some clear pine. So I glued up some and started to go at it with a Surform. Then I morticed out slots for the cherry fins and epoxied them. Next was priming and painting with liquid acrylics from a craft store. It was finished up with two coats of satin varnish.
