Hi ya'll I'm a newbie here and will have what sounds to be some dumb questions (now & later :rolleyes: ) I'll get the hang of it all hopefully soon. I been trying to feel my way around for a few days now. I'm lookig for a flag case for my brother.Even tho I've sent in a donation as asked so I could maybe download a plan of one I am still unable to find one. I know they can't be too hard to make,but since the drain bamage a few years back I am better off with a plan to look at BUT like I said b4 I can't find one.what am I doin wrong

It doesn't appear that there are any flag case plans here. I would suggest that you download SketchUp and make your own plans. At least that's what I do. I have yet to find someone else's plans that I like enough to build anyway...

Is Sketch up a draw program on here?

SketchUp is a 3d drawing program that is available for free here:
http://sketchup.google.com/

There are tutorials and plenty of help out there. As someone who has no background in drafting of any sort I found SketchUp to be a bit difficult at first, but within about an hour of going through some tutorials and playing with it I was off and running.
