Amazon has 30% off freud saw blades. 20% is automatic and you use code FREUDIOP when you check out for an additional 10%. The code also gives you 10% off freud router bits and power tools.

Thanks Chris.

I need a Laminate and Melamine blade. Does anyone know the difference between a single sided laminate and melamine blade (LU98R010) and a double sided laminate and melamine blade (LU97M010)?

I may start a new thread to try to get more response on this subject.

Funny I have been looking at buying a 24 TPI TS blade a few router bits.

No time like the present...

Wonder what she will get to buy...

just a clarification this only applies to blades sold by Amazon and not other vendors on their site.

Just my luck. The LU80R010 that I need is sold by Timberline.

FYI, I was at Woodcraft earlier this week and all Freud products were 15% off. That's certainly not as cool as 30% off, but when you're buying a $200 dado set, 15% can be a significant savings.

Just picked up a LU91R012 for my CMS, it'll be nice to have a decent blade now, and for <$50. :D

Just picked up the Freud SD206 for $59.94 with free shipping at Amazon. If you have an underpowered saw like I have (Ridgid 3650), that's a great deal.

Click the "7 used & new (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0007WKBEQ/ref=dp_olp_2/102-8590007-1588130?ie=UTF8&qid=1189789600&sr=1-17) available from $75.25" link. There's an option to pick Amazon as the retailer. the code and free shipping apply bringing it to $55. Just picked a second one up myself.

M Toupin, Thank you kind sir!

I am having a little trouble with that blade. I went to the 7 used and new $75.25 link and had Amazon put it in my cart at $79.99, selected free shipping and put in the code FREUDIOP and my total comes up $71.99 by deducting 10% only. I must be doing something wrong. Maybe I just missed out on the 20% off.

I believe the price shown reflects the 20% discount; the code will give you an additional 10% to make it 30.

It does indeed look like the 20% off is over...:(

Thanks Scott! I might just pick up the Infinity Ultra-Smooth Laminate blade for $59.90 which is an overstock price. It appears to be the same type of blade as the Freud and I would be interested to hear your comparison of the two blades. I have two Infinity rip blades that I really like.
