Does anybody know of a supplier of linenfold panels? It seems like something I should be able to buy instead of tooling up to do it myself.

Make it. It's an easy inlay to do since it's mostly all straight lines and you will like your result.

You can use the heated sand trick to color the strips.

If you mean a linenfold panel like this http://www.norahall.com/cast13.shtml

My best guess would be to check out Decorators Supply Company, they have countless carved wood and composite carvings in their catalog. Hope this helps.

Enkeboll sells some. Here's their URL:

The problem is that they are only available in a small selection of sizes so you almost have to "design around" the panel sizes. The options are to have them carved by a custom carver (expensive) or learn how to carve them yourself.

Ohhh that is a carved one. I have only ever seen the inlay.

I can understand the motivation to purchase a pre-made one if it's carved you want.

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. Maybe I can design to their sizes.
