Noob here. I've been lurking for awhile, glenning as much of the collective wisdom as possible from creekers, but still have much to learn.
Over the weekend I was building a small table for my K3 and managed to pull the brass insert out of the benchtop base. I just used the clamp to keep working and sent a email to Kreg this morning. I had just wanted another insert, since I scared this one with pliers trying to get the jam nut loose after it pulled out of the base. The respones from Kreg was that this was installed during molding, it could not be installed after the part cooled and that they would send me another base. So kudo's to Kreg.
Oh, the HD in Collierville Tn, had three 5615-21 milwaukee router kits on clearance for $129.....................they have two left :D (mini gloat).
