I made a call to our local wood store (Southern Lumber) and spoke to the manager about donations for the pens project.

He asked me to forward an email on headed paper and an explanation of what is happening and would be more than happy to review it and make a decision.

Question: Do you guys have a template or should I just go to the web site and forward them that?

Not really sure how a request like this is handled.
