DW744X at Lowes for $249

I just left the Lowes here in Fort Wayne IN on Coliseum BLVD and they have the Dewalt 10" table saw on clearance for $249 (Was $499). If you have a small shop, this is a great saw.

Thats a heck of a deal! Is that including the stand? I just got a DW745(the new one) for 288 shipped from Amazon and I love the saw quite light and quiet, a very nice little table saw! I wonder if they are closing out the 744 and replacing it with the 745?
