Hello All,
Has anyone tested out the LV spoon bits? I'm thinking of adding them to the collection.

can't say about the LV bits, I made my own set years ago, they work really well for me.

FWIW, spoon bits cut really well in figured or knarly grain wood and even in knots, they have a tendency to wander on starting, but I usually make a slight starting depression with a small gouge if I need a hole to be very accurately spaced. and the starting side is burr free, but needs a back up if going all the way thru to prevent splintering.
