Are you talking about a single ornament stand of something to display a collection of them?

I could try to design something if you could scroll, do you have a scroll saw?

I found some of these 3 place stands at a Hallmark store that I use a lot. I also started making some with a base since some people around work that bought ornaments just leave them at work all year I figure I'd make a desk top version.
They are in this thread-

Here's some that look nice but they seem a little labor intensive to me-

You might try getting some brass brazing rod. My guess is that about a 3/32" rod would be about the right size. Turn a base and then cut and bend the rod to shape. Not sure on the price with the cost of brass being out of sight, but my guess is about 50 cents for 3 foot sticks.

Curt: I would like to do both.

Jon: Yes I have a scroll saw.

kevin, Dave, Bernie, Marvin & Sean, thanks for your ideas!

Of course I have seen many stands on the web but I wanted to see what
our group had made themselves.

Dave those are some great looking ornaments & stands!

HI

A friend of mine uses one he made himself for the stall.

71393

The wires to hold the hangers are made from brass coated wire, he used MIG welding wire.

It also has the advantage of raising the hangers to a good viewing height and leaves room underneath to put other objects.

Here are two different ones that our club members use when they do their craft shows.
Obviously, there's a little bit more work in one than the other, but both display the ornaments nicely.
I can not take credit for either of these.

I know that these aren't "hand made", but there are some nice ideas and suggestions here:

I'm sorry I don't have a photo to back this up, but I saw a display of turned ornaments at an artist market this summer that was made from a crooked, squiggly piece of root mounted to a base. It had a dozen or more small hooks screwed into it to hang the ornaments. It really looked neat. I've been looking for a root to make one myself.
