Hi guys.
I recently bought what appears to be a Stanley 110 copy.
The body is painted grey on the inside, and the blade is unmarked. The cast lever cap is also grey and there is a die-cast wheel to tighten it down.
In raised letters at the rear of the plane's body is 'C2'. And just behind the post that the blade rests on is stamped (much smaller) the number 4.
The front knob appears to be clear-varnished fruitwood of some description.
Any thoughts on maker? Or did lots of manufacturers pump these out?
Cheers,
Adriaan
