End sealer question

The guy next door wants the scrap pieces of wood. Is it safe for him to burn with the end sealer on it? I don't want them to get sick from burning it in there fireplace. Anyone else burn it? Good / Bad idea?

Good question Dennis! I don't know the answer, but I'm sure someone in The Creek does.

Yes, perfectly safe if it's a wax emulsion like Anchorseal or paraffin. Not safe if it's roof tar or anything like that....
