Compatible stains for Bona Mega / fir

We're refinishing the fir (ca 1910) floors in our house. Have already picked up Bona Seal and Bona Mega to do the finishing. Any suggested compatible stains (in addition to the Bona products)? The stain is needed to deal with various "indiscretions". Also, what filler do you recommend?

Why in addition to the Bona stains? There may be others that work just fine, but I'd be conservative and stay within the brand. Why take a risk that leaves one manufacturer pointing at the other, with you in the middle if something does go awry.
