This visit was business but it was also a pleasure. Mike Morgan dropped a load of lumber at my place last night and I just wanted to say that the lumber was some of the best I've seen and the visitor was just as welcome. I've been getting small lots from Mike for quite awhile but up until yesterday, my orders were fairly small. I needed just a bit more this time and this should keep me occupied for awhile. The picture doesn't show it well but the oak (vertical stack) second on the stack is a single piece a little over 20 inches. I think he's trying to make me feel inadequate with my planer and joiner since some of the 8/4 cherry was also around 18". :)
