Dumb question about epoxies??????

I ordered some "20 minute" two part Stick Fast brand epoxy from Klingpor. The label states that the working time is 3-5 minutes. Am I assuming incorrectly that the working time should be roughly 20 minutes thus the name "20 minute epoxy"? Maybe it is a typo where they didn't change the language from the 5 minute epoxy kit.

No. The working time is 3-5 minutes. In 20 minutes it is fully (or at least mostly) cured. Between 5 and 20 minutes it is partially cured and you shouldn't mess with it if you want it to come out right. Note that this is from experience with other epoxies but not the specific one you have in hand.

Strangely enough that is what I suspected but the label states "1 hour full cure." I couldn't see where the 20 minutes came into play.

Too many numbers. I'll agree that they are saying 3-5 minutes working time. 20 minutes till handleing, 1 hour full cure. If you need something you can fool with as it is hardening, this stuff fits the bill:
