Last winter, prior to us getting the laser, I saw some refridgerator magnets at a resort. I recall telling the person I was with that they were done on a laser and that we had one on order.
From memory only, I seem to recall them being about 1/4" thick, maybe 2" long and 1 1/2" tall. The had a thin magnet on the back. All of the corners were rounded, so that rules out getting some wood and doing it myself. No desire to round all those corners on a little bitty rectangle that ends up costs only a buck or two. I'm guessing it was Alder but it could have been maple with some finish on it. Super simple job. From the look of them, they seemed like they were a bought item and then lasered.
Since I saw them, I have kept my eyes open and have yet to see anything like it. Anyone seen any sources for things like that?
