LV has what I have found to be OK sets of economy and industial burrs at a reasonable cost.

Harbor freight, 5.99 for a box of 20.

This was last year, maybe two years, but the price should be close.

I've bought accessories and parts directly from Dremel, with consistently pleasant experiences, including after acquisition by Bosch. Google should be able to find their website, with online catalog and contact info.
