If you have a membership to Fine Woodworking past articles online (highly recommended), you can find a lot of information there.

sean, i can't say enough good things about the frank klausz dvd. the best part is that he doesn't whip out any calipers!

Ian Kirby's book is also a good way to start. Practice is the key though.
