This was very appealing to me, but when I called 3 different Lowes, they said it was not a stock item but could be ordered at $349.00.

If your close you really should just go to the Lowes and look up high, and low, in the rafters where they store their tools. I got mine from a store that told me it was not listed in there computer as them having one. Same store I got a biesemeyer and unifence recently for cheap. I just went to those isles where they store the tools and looked in those shelves myself, and there one was. Not in their computer. $190 but I sent in a $30 rebate. I'm still working on the rebate, they said last week when I called that I did not send the UPC from the box, but I did, told me to call back this week. I took photocopies of all so I'm sure I'll still get it.
