Had some terrible storms the last few weeks here and a friend lost a bunch of cherry trees. Well his loss is my gain!!! :D :D :D

One of the logs is birch. Not sure how that will turn but will give it a try.

Birch doesn't make very good bark edge stuff, other than that, it turns fairly well for me. Kind of like soft maple.
