I want to steal a fellow Creeker's idea and turn a lamp for my MIL. Where can I get some 3x3 kiln dried walnut?
Thanks!

Constantines used to be located in the Bronx. It was a legendary place for turners and scroller sawyers to go and rummage through the scrap bin.

Ken,
You can email Terry Hatfield and get him to ship you some from his supplier up in Springdale, AR. His supplier has hardwood that you can't find many places and a lot of his stock is over 40 years in the dry!!!! I just BET he's got all you will need and a lot more. :D
