This past weekend I had the pleasure to attend a TAT hosted by the Addison Texas Woodcraft store with my friend Mr. Kelly and his wife Irmalene. They have been several times and have asked me to attend but I have always been working. So when the chance came and I was off, I was more than ready, since the wife was headed to Florida and I'm not a sand and heat type of guy.

I had a good time making pens for the service men and meeting some of the local woodturners that were also on hand to help out. The employees of the Woodcraft store were super nice and it was a pleasure meeting them. I hope I have a chance to go again in the future.
