Hey folks!
This is an awesome website with a wealth of information. I've been lurking for some time now, just soaking up information. Getting back to woodworking now that I have some time/space/$ (not a lot of any, but some of each). Haven't done much woodworking since high school (almost 20 yrs).

Anyway, I have an old bench top Delta Rockwell DP that has a slight amount of runout at the drill bit tip (a couple thousands, seems most noticeable before entering material to be drilled, then seems ok). Does anyone know how to remove the chuck on this style drill press? I would like to remove and reset the chuck after it's been cleaned. I was thinking it may have been knocked around or some minor corrosion (used to be my father's shop teacher's dp) Maybe that will straighten it out. Am I asking for too small tolerance? Is zero run-out impossible? Suggestions?

Thanks for your thoughts.
