I am not an attorney but I think a trip to the police department or the district attorneys office may be a good idea before things get out of hand and someone gets hurt.

I agree totally....my wife has worked with families that had simple phone harrassment turn into much worse, much, much worse. Getting the authorities involved even if only starting a paper trail is important in the long run.
